We are most grateful for your esteemed comment.
In view of the despicable collapse of our great nation at PARTITION, and our total DISINTEREST in that MOST HORRENDOUS tragedy of a millenium, your comment is doubly valuable.
When we did set up the site, which ought to have been set up by the Government of India, the Government of WEST Bengal, even the Government of EAST Punjab, or the likes of "INDIRA GANDHI FOUNDATION", it was hoped that MILLIONS OF HINDUS, and possibly Muslims, too, would send in their personal accounts to keep the memory alive, to show their PATRIOTISM, to learn some lesson, and to remember and HONOUR our dead. All were betrayed by the top leaders of India. But the nation went DEAD SILENT, or fainted like a mouse held tightly in the paws of a cat.
India AND THE JUBILANT MUSLIMS OF INDIA (INDIA that was to remain after Partition! Such was their euphoria and self-confidence in the quagmire of our HINDU world) were BETRAYED by their leader MA JINN, and India AND THE MAROONED (CLUELESS, IGNORANT and DOOMED) HINDUS OF PAKISTAN were BETRAYED by our leaders like Gandhi and Nehru while all the other leaders including Sardar Patel, Bholabhai Desai, Govind Vallabh Pant and Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan (highly educated) and Baldev Singh (highly UN-educated) went neutral or silent.
Not one gave a call to RESIST or FIGHT. WHY NOT? Were all the Rajputs and Marathas WOMEN (when in Israel even women are capable of FIGHTING)?
What is preposterous is the fact that none even thought of demanding REFERENDUM.
By all the laws of common-sense and NATURE, while MA JINN had to be hailed as the greatest Muslim of century, "father of Pakistan" and the greatest CONQUEROR of history, the INDIAN / HINDU / SIKH leaders had to be "gheraoed" by PEOPLE, MUSSOLINI STYLE, and "roasted alive".
But what happened, instead, is unbelievable.
Given the level of EDUCATION and AWARENESS, which had been terribly REDUCED and SMASHED during the previous centuries of slavery, the PEOPLE of PARTITIONED India could easily be enslaved once again by NEHRU who put his BOOT on everyone's head, pressing it down.
Those Indians with some memory cells should come forward to TELL everyone how Pandit misused his vast state machinery and State establishment to build his image sky high. There was NO difference between Radio Moscow and Radio Delhi (and earlier, Radio BERLIN) in the manner, extent and intensity of PROPAGANDA to boost the image of Nehru and his Party, except the change of names.
At the same time the whole EDUCATION system was corrupted. The Constitution was written by sub human morons who made NO mention whatsoever of PARTITION nor expressed any aspiration to eventual UNITY of India (one needs to see the Constitution of WEST Germany of 1948 to see such patriotism!), an ancient land of great civilisation that was torpedoed by savage and BULLYING Islam all of a sudden due to Hindu WEAKNESS and DISUNITY.
The foremost task of the new government was to give to the nation what it lacked, EDUCATION, AWARENESS and PATRIOTISM. Instead it crushed the INDIANS even more by deliberate policy of INTIMIDATION, IGNORANCE and IMPOVERISHMENT.
We all know the neglect of Education, numerous secret informing agencies, strangulating socialism, and above all, spread of rampant corruption. The result is before our eyes.
While China and Japan are world powers, our INDIA is impoverished, strife ridden, divided and charged with tension not only over KASHMIR and AYODHYA.
The rapid spread of MUSLIM numbers is not threatening not only the Hindus in India but also in the surrounding areas, e.g. Nepal and Sri Lanka.
The whole of WEST Punjab in particular was reduced to ashes. Its sparks and heat came to India in a million tiny souls. Their sum total of them is this web site.
At present the top ruling circles and those who are intimidating these semi Hindu rulers, are NOT prepared to erect and establish suitable memorials to all the victims of PARTITION. They refuse to abolish Article 370 of Constitution to INTEGRATE South Kashmir while North Kashmir seems to be LOST FOR EVER and we even have SHARIA LAW of Mohammed in PARTITIONED India that ought to have been called HINDU RASHTRA as a condition of surrendering those FIVE provinces.
Secularism to be valid in Delhi has to be IMPOSED in Lahore just it is being imposed on Srinagar and was imposed in Amritsar in June 1984.
If this is not possible then the unity of whatever is LEFT of that AKHAND Bharat is also NOT possible.
If PLO can insist on all the refugees returning to their homes, at present under Jewish occupation, surely there is also an ASPIRATION among us, AND EQUALLY STRONG, to return to our homes in WEST Punjab, Sylhet and NORTH Kashmir.
We are hardly the sheep to be sold off to another shepherd. Such degradation and betrayal of the Hindus, and the Indian race, is only possible in HINDU India which deviously and deceptively calls itself SECULAR.

How can you say that India protected Muslims when no real protection could be offered by the police since they were biased? Very little thought has been given to the Partition, since thought is an personal thing. Unless you have talked to every person affected by the Partition and asked them how much thought they have given to the Partition, you cannot say this statement. Informal stories of the Partion happend everyday around the world, I believe it the dominate narrative of the Partition. If you are talking about formal literature and printed materials by the governments and scholars, then you are mistaken since much exists.
However, I would agree that the reasons, circumstances, and the consequences of the Partition have been given little recognition from the government. Official and overt discussion has been avoided. (sic)

PRECISELY FOR THIS REASON, WE APPEAL TO THE HONOURABLE INDIAN RACE AND NATION, ESPECIALLY THE BETRAYED HINDUS, TO POST THEIR MESSAGES BY THE MILLION ON THIS SITE.
