BECAUSE AT THE VERY TOP ARE TWO INDIVIDUALS THAT SIGNIFY TOTAL COLLAPSE OF THE NATIVE INDIAN GENIUS. THEY DEMORALISE THE NATION.
ONE IS MALE: ABDUL KALAM WITH AN ARABIC NAME TAKEN STRAIGHT FROM THE KAFIR-KILLER MOHAMMED OF SAUDI ARABIA, AND THE OTHER IS A FEMALE, THE ITALIAN BORN CATHOLIC SONIA KHAN (A.K.A. GANDHI) WHO SAYS "THANK YOU" TO HER HINDU COOLIES, SERFS, SLAVES AND SERVANTS BY TELLING THEM, "MY LORD IN VATICAN IS VASTLY SUPERIOR TO ALL YOUR NATIVE LORDS AND GODS, INCLUIDNG THOSE WHO SPOKE SANSKRIT AND COMPOSED THE VEDAS."

MANY HAVE DRAWN THE CONCLUSION THAT THE HINDU SCRIPTURES WILL ACQUIRE SHINE AND LUSTRE ONLY WHEN THE STATE, GOVERNMENT AND THE RULING ESTABLISHMENT OF HINDUSTAN ARE PREPARED TO INVEST A PAISA IN THEIR DIGNITY AND SGTATURE, AND STAND UP FOR EVERYTHING THAT IS NATIVE, THERE WILL SOON BE LITTLE ENERGY LEFT IN OUR IGNORANT, DEMORALISED AND "PULVERISED" HINDU NATON TO LIFT EVEN THE LITTLE FINGER IN THIS REGARD.

Some time ago, you published an article that criticised the rewriting of History books in India.
Given that this issue is a burning one for those of Hindu origin, I trust that you will be fair enough to present an opposing view so that your readers may have a more balanced perspective. This may be delayed in its response, but a hasty retort would hardly do justice to the gravity of this subject. Therefore I hope that you will share the following article with the readers of the New York Times.

Kai Friese’s ramblings on the highjacking of Indian history (New York Times Op/Ed Dec 20) is a perfect example of misinformed drivel, recently brought to my attention. He scoffs at the decision of the Indian Government to rewrite its history in the school textbooks.
At an inauguration ceremony, celebrating 50 years of Indian Institute of Technology, Mr. Rajat Gupta, (Managing Director of McKinsey), proudly began with the following Hindu invocation: “Asato ma sad gamaya.....”. I wondered how many in the audience really understood the meaning of those beautiful words until he offered a translation. Did they dismiss it as some old Sanskrit nonsense? As a product of some of the ‘best schools’ in the Indian educational system, I was, until recently, sadly unaware of the contemporary appeal and value of the Vedas. I was ignorant, like the generations of Indians, who were denied this very critical aspect of any education. Our true heritage.
We were unaware of the Hindu geniuses who long preceded the Europeans in discoveries and scientific theories, which provided the basis for our modern civilization. Neither did our books reveal that one of the worst carnage in the history of mankind was by the Muslims, in their conquest of the Hindu civilization. Having traveled widely since, I recognize in retrospect, the enormous damage that the present euro centric education has caused Indians.
Western historians successfully undermined the self-esteem of generations of Indians by suppressing information of India‘s spectacular achievements by hijacking India’s history. If young Americans draw inspiration from their heroes and America’s previous achievements, Indians have been denied the opportunity to know their past and gain similar confidence. This in turn has nurtured a culture of hopelessness.
Throughout history, the Fanatic sons of Abraham have been engaged in loud pursuit of supreme world power, while the Hindus remained in quest of the supreme spiritual power. The Fanatics spared none in their global march, stealing and grabbing all they could, to claim as their own, forever. The Hindus surrendered everything; their inventions, discoveries, morale, to those drooling, greedy, masses of uncivilized humanity that descended upon them. Western historians, with their obvious agenda of unabashed Christian indoctrination and domination, successfully managed to suppress Hindu pride by stuffing our heads with lies of European greatness. Through language, literature, medicine, history, architecture, art or even music, the west aggressively hyped its glory while the truth about a superior Hindu civilization remains unknown to the world!
Not only did the these historians and educators lead generations to darkness, but they cleverly desensitized Indians to Hindu traditions and customs, by portraying them as vulgar, through a twisted sense of Christian prudishness. Stripped of all religious and cultural pride, many Hindus aspire to be westernized and adopt an indiscriminate western lifestyle. Ironically, some of the Hindu values which these folk reject, such as yoga, meditation, ayurveda and vegetarianism, have now regained popularity in India only because they have been endorsed by westerners. This diffidence amongst Closet Hindus is evident in India as well as abroad where they lack the cultivated self-assurance of their western peers.
It is high time the Indian Government understood the value of raising our national morale by highlighting Hindu triumphs in school textbooks.
Yet, the challenge to India’s education is the onslaught of the Fanatic sons of Abraham. ‘Noble’ Christian missionaries, churned out of America and Europe, penetrate Indian society and abuse our democratic hospitality by using devious means to achieve their audacious goal of world conversion. Who says the Crusade is history? Similarly, the Muslims with their dogmatic vision of global Islamization spread fear and hatred towards Hindus. Blinded by arrogance, these Fanatic sons of Abraham lack any perception of the friendly Hindu faith. They continue to ridicule and defile Hindu idols challenging 5000 years of tolerance. How can the narrow minded, hero worshipping, Fanatic sons of Abraham, ever comprehend, that those figures are merely, artist’s representations that serve as reminders of abstract virtues such as Humility, Selflessness, Love, Honesty, Prosperity, Fortitude, Sacrifice that Hindus greatly value and worship as faces of the Universal Master Plan which governs our existence. Unable to understand this symbolism, the Fanatics, fear these to be many Gods, different from their own and viciously target idol worship. But can they destroy Knowledge, Truth, Love, Eternity? Yet they believe they have control. Control of the world, its thought, its actions, and its destiny. Keeping score, as if that could alter the Universal Master Plan.
That these religions originate from a shared patriarch is irony enough, but their deliberate misinterpretation of Hindu ideas aims to destabilize Hindu society through their illiterate victims. This threat can only be rebuffed by increasing awareness of progressive Hindu values through education. Tragically, over the years, the Muslims and the British along with weakened Hindus managed to snuff out structured Hindu education. Therefore Hindu philosophy has become painfully blurred to generations of Hindus. This is also why individuals who have been brainwashed, like Kai Friese, continue to perpetuate age-old distortions and refuse to face reality. The reality is that in 50 short years, the demoralized Hindu spirit has revived as they now have the strength to assert their significance in the world by correcting their own history first. With renewed confidence and wherewithal, Hindus can now effectively reciprocate against those who provoke them.
India has a long way to go before she reaches the First World but our first step is to know our past and our great potential. That would be half the distance covered and success would lead to greater success and pride. India must embark on a mission to break off the shackles of her colonial past and aspire towards taking her rightful place as one of the top developed countries of the world by 2050, almost a century after its independence. Only then will ordinary Indians finally discover their own ability to shape rather than ape.
