  HOW FAR IS THIS TRUE?
A SINGLE MUSLIM WILL GO FOR THE NEAREST FEMALE. COLLECTIVELY THEY WILL GO FOR TERRITORY.

Let me frankly state that Gandhi was really great in the sense that he understood Islam and Muslims and also Hindu leadership of the time. He had written his 'Hind Swaraj' while in South Africa. A reading of this book would show his panacea for Hindu-Muslim unity. It was, "Hindus should give Muslims whatever they want and observe complete complete non-violence, as they did during the Muslim rule". On coming to India in January
1915, he studied Indian politics further and found that the Muslims were interested more on having political power, while Hindus cared more for money than anything else. So, his Ram Rajya meant "Political power to Muslims and economic power to Hindus". Hindus, who cared for political power, like Savarkar, were very few.
The present turmoil in Hindu India is that the Muslim leadership wants complete political power. Unless Hindus realise that political power is more important and work for it, their future is doomed. It is also to be understood that political power comes through the barrels of gun, not by slogans alone. They must also understand that, while spiritual power comes through individual effort, political power comes through mass uprising and mass uprising comes through unity of like minded people. The British government itself had written in bold golden letters on the main southern gate of their imperial secretariat of New Delhi, (North Block), "Liberty (freedom) will not descend to a people; A people must raise themselves to liberty"
