Historically Speaking
In 1933 Gen MacArthur, then Chief of the US Army, did not hesitate to protest against the deep cuts in the Army’s budget. And when President Franklin Roosevelt did not relent, he roared with his characteristic disregard to personal interests,
“Mr. President, when we lose the next war and an American boy lying in the mud with an enemy bayonet through his belly and an enemy foot on his throat, spits out his last curse, I want the name on his lips to be Roosevelt, not MacArthur"

(INDIAN CHIEFS ARE MORE LIKELY TO SUGGEST ITALIAN BORN SONIA KHAN'S NAME AS INDIA'S NEXT SUPREME COMMANDER AFTER THE PRESENT VEGETARIAN TEETOTALLER FOLLOWER OF GANDHI, SHRIMATI RASHTRAPATNI, LEAVES OFFICE TO DRAW FAT PENSION TILL DEATH.)
