But why to blame vote begger political class, pseudo secular media and the so called Human Rights activists? They are faithfully following their father, called Mahatma (?) Gandhi. When Hindus and Sikhs were being mercilessly slaughtered during 1947, Gandhi gave sermon on ahimsa and peace to the dying Hindus and Sikhs. Not even once he condemned mass killings by the Muslims of innocent Hindus and Sikhs, men, women, children and even infants. It was perhaps, beginning of August 1947, when he had a few minutes stoppage at Sialkot (now in Pakistan) railway station, while travelling from Jammu to Lahore. We were at Sialkot in those turbulent days. Many Hindus and Sikhs went to the railway station, who were eager to listen to their supreme leader. Gandhi’s message to the dying Hindus and Sikh’s was "Sit in your houses, spin charkha. Nothing would happen". Thus Gandhi advised the Hindus to offer themselves as ‘tandoori chicken’ to be roasted alive in their own houses. This is exactly what happened at so many places and Hindus were burnt alive in their own houses. One may ask from Gandhi and his followers, whether Jinnah or Muslim League leaders had given him this assurance? And it is an established fact, that even assurances from Muslim leaders have no meaning. But, when there was mild reaction to what happened in Pakistan, Gandhi immediately went on fast-unto-death.
