EXCELLENT ADVICE to the Indian MUSLIMS who took away one third of India and STAYED PUT to take away the REST, too.
Putin's advice is valid ONLY where there is someone to ENFORCE it.
He commends Russian "way of life". We know the British way of life, the American way of life, even the Pakistani way of life (kill the Kafirs and then kill each other!) But what is Indian way of life?
Is it secular?
Is it Hindu?
Is it Muslim? Is it Italian? (To welcome any foreigner and put him / her above the rest. Rajiv's Italian born wife is now India's FIRST LADY as per "Indian" way of life. Vice President is a Mohammed, despite Partition!).
With the Hindu at the BOTTOM, the MOHAMMED on top and the ITALIAN MAFIA hanging in between, one is really confused about India's way of life.
India has NO CLEAR IDENTITY. And most Indians rightly say that Mr Modi will give the Hindus IDENTITY and GAURAV.
The "mongrel secular dog" will one day have its true breed known to itself and the rest of the world.
We fully agree when you say, "India must do the same!"

(Russian Parliament), and gave a speech about the tensions with minorities in Russia :
"In Russia live like Russians.
Any minority, from anywhere, if it wants to live in Russia , to work and eat in Russia , should speak Russian, and should respect the Russian laws.
If they prefer Sharia Law, and live the life of Muslim's then we advise them to go to those places where that's the state law..
Russia does not need Muslim minorities. Minorities need Russia , and we will not grant them special privileges, or try to change our laws to fit their desires, no matter how loud they yell 'discrimination'.
We will not tolerate disrespect of our Russian culture ...
We better learn from the suicides of America , England , Holland and France , if we are to survive as a nation.
The Muslims are taking over those countries and they will not take over Russia.
The Russian customs and traditions are not compatible with the lack of culture or the primitive ways of Sharia Law and Muslims.
When this honorable legislative body thinks of creating new laws, it should have in mind the Russian national interest first, observing that the Muslim Minorities are not Russians..
The politicians in the Duma gave Putin a five minute standing ovation.
