The original sin was Partition (sudden disappearance of ONE THIRD of Bharat that vanished from the map overnight!) that is yet to be mentioned in Constitution. The other GAP in knowledge (horn of the bull) is the "Constitutional status of Muslims in India after (and because of) Partition." The lethal implications cannot simply be "wished away".
