“HERE’S THE NEWS AT ONE MINUTE PAST ELEVEN!”
I was listening to Radio 4, BBC’s main broadcasting station in the morning today (June 6, 2017) when I heard the six usual beeps and then SILENCE.
That silence stretched on and on till I heard, “Here’s the news at one minute past eleven.” BBC had observed ONE MINUTE SILENCE for the Saturday night (3 June 2017) terrorist attack in London, killing seven people and injuring 48.
The solidarity of the British nation struck me as their great quality. On earlier occasions, too, after each attack that resulted in killing of the innocent, the nation held a minute’s silence besides special services in town centres, market squares, churches and cathedrals.
The point to note is that the British "RELATE" to one another. The other point is that at national level the British do not wait for the enemy to strike first. They GO OUT even thousands of miles away, to crush his head. Hence we see the British military presence in Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria today from where terrorists come to kill the innocent people in the streets of Britain.
We NRI’s will naturally think of our own “back home”, that is, Bharat that was partitioned in pools of blood, the following decades of slavery under Nehru and his daughter, even grandson, lazy baboos and corrupt ruling establishment.
With the advent of Modiji our hopes of Hindu revival kindled up and we “saw” a magnificent Temple rising in Ayodhya, repeal of Article 370 to make Kashmir “tourists’ paradise”, a law restricting each Muslim to have ONE wife at a time and no more than two children per couple, a Memorial to the two million dead of 1947, seeing traffic on roads running as per rules, and a new Constitution for “HINDU RASHTRA” that defines the Muslims as unwelcome uninvited “guests” until the country’s frontiers revert back to Khyber and Chittagong!
Yes, the recognition must come that a great country, an ancient civilisation like Hindusthan, CANNOT BE MESSED ABOUT like a coolie colony and tens of millions of Hindus could not be driven out of their homes like the cattle!
We have to straighten the “history line” where it was bent, where it went crooked. We have tolerated the aggression against our sacred Motherland and lived with defeat & humiliation for too long!
Sadly, nothing of the sort has happened and Hindusthan is reverting back to her proverbial slumber from which the Muslims and the Europeans woke us up in the past with a KICK in the back and the majority community went under the yoke of slavery that became our “way of life”for many a long century!
Is it not time for a radical ABOUT TURN? Yes, it is.
The very first step this year (of remarkable 70th anniversary) must be cancellation of celebrations for BOGUS independence if the menacing Muslim clout is still dangling overhead- not only in Kashmir, and if an ITALIAN born woman of unknown pedigree holds the reigns of ultimate power, and potential of MISCHIEF, in Hindusthan.
WE WILL BECOME HONOURABLE AND PATRIOTIC by recalling the forced surrender of Karachi, Quetta, Lahore, Peshawar and Dhaka and the TWO MILLION innocent Hindus and Sikhs who were murdered in cold blood and the tens of thousands of women and girls who were raped or paraded naked through the streets by their wild beastly Mohammedan captors. Seventy years on, they are still doing the same to the innocent YAZIDI girls and women in Syria. They are looking towards BHARAT for deliverance from the devils! May God give us the courage to look back and undo the wrong and remove the “kaalakh” (black stain of shame and defeat) from our foreheads and then hold a minute’s silence all over Partitioned India at midday on August 15, 2017.
The Rashtrapati should come to the microphone and address the bereaved nation in mourning with the TRUTH about the unconditional surrender of Lahore & Dhaka, imposed on all of us.
On August 15, 2017, at noon, “Doordarshan” and “All India Radio” should go SILENT and then after a minute, say,
“Here’s the news at ONE MINUTE PAST TWELVE.”
