How Pakistan came into being by Islamic aggression to destroy the unity of a renowned ancient civilised country, destroying the values of universal freedom, dignity of women and freedom of worship.
The world is culpable in crime by silently watching the victory of fundamentalist Islam and the defeat of democracy and freedom of expression. The world did respond when Hitler invaded Poland, September 1939, but did not lift a finger when an IDEOLOGY, identical with NAZI ideology occupied Western and Eastern India suddenly & by surprise.

Please look at the Constitution of the ISLAMIC Pakistan to see the status of Non Muslims in the country. The very constitution is the negation of UN Charter of Human Rights that treats men and women as equal before law irrespective of caste, creed, colour, religion and ethnicity.

UNO should annul the Partition of India and declare Pakistan illegal, undemocratic and merely a provocative rogue Islamic State that was created NOT by Referendum or any civilised criterion but by bullying and threatening civil war only two years after the end of World War 2 that was fought so bitterly for those very human rights that Islam rejects, e.g., democracy, freedom of expression and equality of sexes on earth.

Above all, India was not a sovereign State but the British colony with NO rights or authority over the people and territory. The absolute RULERS, Imperial United Kingdom, could do ANYTHING to their colony whether people or territory! Example of occupied countries: India declared war on Germany in 1914 and 1939 though most Indians did not even know where Germany was! In 1947, too, India agreed to the most diabolic and revolting “Partition” without challenge or opposition in the same way, being the British colony!

So, was it fair to trample upon universal rights of hundreds of millions of people (Non Muslims) and civilised values in order to cut up a colony arbitrarily to give vast territories to the MUSLIMS, ignoring the others?

By what logic or reason could a separatist, divisive, intolerant ISLAMIC Constitution be imposed on any part of a secular, liberal and multi-faith country like India? Is it not as PREPOSTEROUS to carve out vast territories in Europe or the United States of America to hand over these to the MUSLIMS living there, granting them the legal right to “deal” with (exterminate) all the Christians, the Jews, the Hindus and the Buddhists living there? Isn’t this exactly what was done to the Indian colony when the PEOPLE had no say when their fundamental rights were trampled so ruthlessly?

That alone makes Pakistan not only illegal and undemocratic but downright offensive to all what UNO stands for. Will the auspicious world organisation not agree that Pakistan is an illegal and undemocratic country based on theocracy and ought to be obliterated- not by much weakened India but by the whole civilised world just as they united to tackle and destroy the NAZI ideology in Germany in 1945!

Please pass the Resolution immediately to restore the United India of 1947 by dissolving the Islamic State of Pakistan that has no historic, logical or ethical reason whatsoever to exist except to create tensions & hostility within the free, liberal, modern and democratic India and the countries around it.

After the dissolution of Pakistan AND BANGLADESH permanent peace will descend in South Asia and nations will disarm and give up nuclear weapons, armaments and weapons of mass destruction but attend to economic and industrial development and get rid of grinding poverty of hundreds of millions of human beings.

You would also take into account that dividing a sub continent on the basis of Hindus vs. Muslims has another dangerous dimension that needs to be brought out in the open.
Islamic Pakistan has done ETHNIC CLEANSING by massacring millions and forcing TENS OF MILLIONS of Non Muslims from Pakistan. Have Your Excellencies, considered the RIGHT TO SELF DEFENSE of the Indians to do the ethnic cleansing of the hundreds of millions of MUSLIMS living happily in secular and tolerant India?
Would Your Excellencies mind considering the IMPLICATIONS of the HINDUS doing the same to the MUSLIMS what Pakistan (and Bangladesh) did to the HINDUS and other minorities? Please take the trouble of finding out the number of Hindus that disappeared from their homes in both countries since that fraudulent, illegal and undemocratic imposition by the colonial power, called “Partition”.
