RUSSIAN INVASION OF UKRAINE, symbolic of…..
PRELUDE
Russia’s expansionist urge is historic from the time when Afghanistan became the “buffer state” several centuries ago. (Hindusthan then ended at Khyber Pass, not at Atari/Wagah!)
CURRENT SCENE
The barbarians from the East are knocking on the doors of civilised (Christian) West. Their advance guards have already created several bridgeheads.
Of course, there is the NATO. It is guarding the frontiers in order to meet external invasions. What about the INTERNAL uprisings when these dormant “bridgeheads” expand?
Hence the invaders must be repulsed with all might, and taught a lesson, never to attempt such a venture ever again.
HISTORIC EVIDENCE
The barbarians invaded India in 712 AD. They were allowed to destroy temples, pick up gold and girls (slaves), and go back unhindered, crossing Hindu-KUSH mountains (“kush” means “slaughter”).
That strategic blunder led to a thousand years of slavery.
MORAL
Never say the words which our Indian ancestors used to say EVERY time, “They will never come again!”
Of course, none is recalling “PARTITIOIN” (one third of India gone! Two million Hindus slaughtered. 12 million citizens forced out of their homes to become refugees!) because everyone is convinced, “THEY WILL NEVER COME AGAIN!”
