Well, this is the problem India has always faced. The Prime Minister becomes a one man who makes all decisions - not the Party President, not a committee, nor is there a way the BJP members can decide who should run for the party. PM Modi's 'don't make controversial remarks' means don't criticize Muslims. More or less, Modi is becoming another Nehru. Nupur Sharma was an outspoken spokesperson for Hindutva. So was Kangana. Were they given tickets based on the condition that they will not say a word about the WAQF boards, Madrisas, Terrorism, CAA. UCC, illegal migrants from Bangladesh or liberating our temples from the clutches of the States? If those conditions have been issued, then it means Modi has become a dictator who controls the party as well as the Government - like Nehru. Modi needs to hear certain things from the Hindu people, and we are counting on Kangana and Nupur Sharma to remind him about what the Hindu people expected from him and have not received all these years.
